Working Together

We can work together in a number of ways:
Option 1 (Suggested for most)
  • Initial Getting Started Session: High level goals defined and presented back via Teams or in-person

  • Monthly meeting: Attend regular board or strategic meetings, with summary notes and actions provided (these are typically a full day)

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Available for advice via phone or email

£1500.00 + VAT per month, 3 month initial commitment and then month to month

Option 2 (Lower Interaction)
  • Initial Getting Started Session: High level goals defined and presented back via Teams

  • Quarterly meeting: Attend board or strategic meetings, with summary notes and actions provided (these are typically a full day)

    2 Hour Call: Each month between quarterly meetings to ensure we're on track and addressing any issues

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Available for advice via phone or email

£850.00 + VAT per month, 3 month initial commitment and then month to month

Option 3 (Ad-Hoc)
  • If you don't want to commit to an ongoing engagement but would like some support then we can work together on an ad-hoc basis over teams.

£250.00 per hour / £1750.00 per day
